Who we are
This website is operated by Verve South Africa, trading as Verve Africa, company registration 2021/590247/07, of South Africa.
Facilitation role
Verve Africa acts as a facilitator. We qualify counterparties, source material against a buyer's requirement, and coordinate the requirement, the checks and the commercial terms. Verve is remunerated by commission, agreed with the parties and disclosed to them.
The supply contract is between the producer and the buyer. Verve does not buy, own, stock, sell, supply, export or invoice for material, does not act as exporter of record, does not hold client funds, and carries no risk on material.
No offer
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any commodity. Information about grades, specifications and availability is indicative and subject to verification in each case. An enquiry submitted through this website is not a purchase order or a supply commitment.
