How a chrome or manganese requirement moves from enquiry to a direct agreement between producer and buyer.
Verve Africa sources South African chrome ore, chrome concentrate and manganese ore to your specification, from qualified producers.
From a requirement
to a direct agreement.
Six steps, in a fixed order. Each one has to clear before the next begins.
01Requirement
Commodity, grade, tonnage, delivery basis, destination and timing — written down before any commercial discussion.
02Counterparty identity
Identity, company registration and authority to transact, confirmed for both parties.
03Authority over the material
The mining right or permit and the registered holder; any mandate is verified directly with the holder. Authority that cannot be verified ends the conversation.
04Material verification
Inspection and assay by an accredited laboratory against the agreed specification.
05Commercial terms
Price basis, payment, inspection points, delivery terms and timing — in writing.
06Direct agreement
Producer and buyer contract directly. We coordinate; we are not a party to the supply contract.
These steps describe process discipline. They do not replace the buyer's own due diligence or professional advice, and they do not guarantee a transaction.

What
we do.
- Qualify producers and buyers before any commercial discussion.
- Source chrome and manganese to a defined requirement.
- Coordinate the checks, documents and commercial terms.
- Arrange road transport where the deal needs it.
What we
don't do.
- Buy, own, stock, sell or invoice for material, or carry ownership risk on it.
- Act as exporter of record.
- Hold client funds or take a fee in advance of an agreed transaction.
- Guarantee a transaction, or give legal, tax or financial advice.
- Proceed on an unverified mandate or without inspection and assay.
Where the
lines sit.
What information starts a chrome or manganese enquiry?
Commodity, grade, tonnage and basis, delivery basis, destination and timing.
How do you verify a producer?
Mining right or permit number, the registered holder, mine location and an accredited assay. Any mandate is verified directly with the holder.
Who holds the money and the risk on the material?
The parties to the supply contract. Verve Africa does not hold client funds or take ownership of material.
Is an enquiry a guarantee?
No. An enquiry is not a purchase order or a supply commitment, and nothing on this site is an offer.
