The requirement
comes first.
Most of our work is chrome. The requirement is written down first — grade, sizing, moisture, tonnage and delivery basis — and the producer is qualified against it: mining right, registered holder, mine location and an accredited assay.

What chrome ore grades come from South Africa?
Bushveld chromite trades as ore or concentrate, typically Cr₂O₃ 36–50%, with the Cr:Fe ratio, sizing and moisture stated. The grade is confirmed by an accredited assay before any agreement.
What is the difference between chrome ore and chrome concentrate?
Chrome ore is mined material, crushed and screened. Concentrate has been processed to raise the Cr₂O₃ content and control sizing.
Do you sell chrome ore?
No. Verve Africa is a facilitator: we source chrome to your specification from qualified producers and coordinate the process.
What is the difference between DMT and WMT?
Dry metric tonnes versus wet metric tonnes, which include moisture. The requirement states which, so tonnage and price mean the same to both sides.
